The conference hotel is the Omni Charlottesville. Our conference rate is $149.00 for single or double occupancy.

The hotel has wireless Internet access in the lobby and all public spaces. Wireless Internet access is available in the guest rooms either by registering in the "Select Guest Program" (it's free) or for a $9.95 plus tax charge/day.

The Omni can be reached online or by phone at 1.800.THE.OMNI or 434.971.5500, reservation code "ICOLC". Anyone wishing to book rooms outside of our conference dates will need to call the 1.800.THE.OMNI [ 1-800-843-6664] phone number.

We have a block of rooms for the Wednesday and Thursday nights at the Red Roof Inn which is highly recommended. Call 434.295.4333 or 800.843.7663 and ask for the "VIVA" block. A discounted rate is available until March 20 -- $80 plus 11% tax. Our good friends at the UVA library are organizing guest rooms for Friday night.

If you are not able to make a reservation at the conference hotel, please try one of the other hotels listed or send a note to Lizanne Payne or Kathy Perry. They are working out arrangements with other accommodations and will do everything they can to help you.
