9 -10 am - Coffee and refreshments

10:15 - 11am - How are we doing? Brief review of the state of ILL in VIVA using the Power point presentation. (Discussion leader: Jean Cooper)

11 - 12noon - Managing in tight times (Panel discussion - including questions and comments) Members include a representative from a 4-year, private, and community college) (Discussion leader: Jean Cooper)

12noon -1:15pm  - Lunch -  sandwiches

1:15- 2:00pm - Electronic Journal Concerns and Electronic Journal Web site (Discussion leader - UR staff member?) 

2-2:15pm - Break -- refreshments provided

2:15-3pm - Concurrent discussion sessions: (attendees will select session when confirming attendance)

3:00-3:30pm - Questions and comments (Discussion leader: Andy Morton)

Jean discussed changes to the guidelines suggested by the RSC. Subcommittee members suggested dividing the guidelines into two sections: Principles and Procedures.  Language was changed in several sections to reflect actual practice and technology in use. Jean will submit revised guides to RSC at their May meeting.

Members suggested  modifying the  two year membership terms to a "maximum of two consecutive terms"

Jean will clarify the effective dates of term limitations with the RSC . Members were divided into two groups:
