Minutes of the meeting of the ILL Subcommittee of the VIVA 
Resource Sharing Committee, held on Feb. 15, 2002, in 
Clemons Library, Room 321, at the University of Virginia, 
Charlottesville, VA.

Present: Andy Morton (chair), Jean Cooper, Pat DeMars, 
John Euliano, Joy Galloni, Joe Malloy, Debbie Ryman, 
Jeanne Scott, Kevin Unrath

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Andy Morton, 
at 9:30 am.

1.  The Subcommittee reviewed the minutes of the Resource 
Sharing Committee meeting, especially comments made regarding 
the upcoming VIVA ILL Community Forum.

2.  The minutes of the Nov. 16, 2001, meeting were approved 
with minor corrections.

3.  Discussed adding new members to the subcommittee.  Jennifer 
Egan of NVCC-Loudoun and Rosa Townsend of Southside Virginia 
CC were invited to join. Morton will contact.

4.  Discussed the proposed program for the upcoming Forum 
and agreed that the program be shortened to allow attendance 
without overnight stays for many members.  Tentative new schedule:

9:30-10am: Coffee
10-10:15am: Intro
10:15-11:30am: Speaker
11:30-11:45am: Questions & comments
11:45am-1:15pm: Lunch
1:15-2pm: Panel
2-2:15pm: Questions & comments
2:25-2:30pm: Wrap up

5.  The Subcommittee asked Euliano to survey the VIVA ILL 
list regarding how many owned items are requested from ILL depts.

6.  The next scheduled meeting of the subcommittee is on 
April 19, 2002, at 9:30am, in Clemons Library, Room 321, 
at the University of Virginia. [NOTE: This meeting has 
been cancelled.  Instead, the subcommittee will meet 
jointly with the Resource Sharing Committee on May 17th, 
at a time and place to be determined later. - jlc]

7.  Other business: Andy Morton said that he wouldn't be 
able to continue as chair of this subcommittee after this June.

The meeting adjourned at 11:00 am.
