| Objective: | To discuss VIVA Interlibrary Loan issues and learn about trends and new developments nationally as well as internationally. |
| Speaker: | Sally Wiant, Director of the Law Library and Professor of Law at Washington & Lee University, will discuss the latest copyright and electronic licensing issues related to interlibrary loan. |
| Afternoon Sessions: | Representatives from OCLC (Illiad), Clio, and RLG (ILL Manager) will provide demonstrations of their ILL automation software. There will also be a room for networking with your ILL colleagues. |
| Participants: | Key ILL personnel at all VIVA institutions are invited to attend. We will post the list of participants and update it at least once a week. |

VIVA will reimburse VIVA members from both the public and the private institutions for their travel to and from this meeting. If you need to stay overnight, there are several reasonable hotels in the area:
The state's maximum allowable for the lodging rate is $66 before taxes, and the M&IE rate for Charlottesville is $42. See the VIVA travel guidelines for further information. You may want to make reservations soon, because the following hotels are already full: Omni, Red Roof Inn, Best Western, and all Marriotts. |
| Parking: | Parking at Zehmer Hall: Park in the lot in front of Zehmer Hall. Come into the building via the front doors and get a parking tag at the reception desk. Please consider car pooling, as there are only 70 spaces in this lot. |
