The VIVA Resource Sharing Committee and Interlibrary Loan Subcommittee are pleased to announce the 7th VIVA Interlibrary Loan Community Forum. 

Objective: To discuss VIVA Interlibrary Loan issues and learn about trends and new developments nationally as well as internationally.
Who should attend?  ILL & Administrative personnel at VIVA institutions
Agenda:

9-10am - registration, coffee/tea
10-10:15am - greeting & introductions
10:15-11am - library to library electronic delivery options: beyond Ariel - led by Jean Cooper (UVA)
11-11:15am - morning break
11:15am-12:15pm - Integrating ILL into collection development - led by Cathy Reed (W&M)
12:15-1:15pm - lunch
1:15-2:00pm - OCLC resource sharing update from Solinet representative Laura Crook
2:00-2:15 - afternoon break
2:15-3:15pm - 3 breakout sessions for users of OCLC resource sharing (Laura Crook from Solinet available to answer questions), ILLiad users, and Clio users
3:15-3:30pm - brief reports from each breakout group back to the full group
Registration: If you plan to attend, send your name, title, name of your school, and email address to: VIVA Office by June 30. Let us know if you need a vegetarian lunch.

Travel: VIVA will reimburse VIVA members from both the public and the private institutions for their travel to and from this meeting. If you need to stay overnight, we have reserved a room block at Sweet Briar College's Elston Inn & Conference Center. Your lodging reservation can be made on the website - please mention that you are with the VIVA group.

The state's maximum allowable for the lodging rate is $60 before taxes, and the M&IE rate for Sweet Briar is $31. See the VIVA travel guidelines for further information.
