This presentation is brought to you by the Publicity Sub-Committee of the User Services Committee. It is meant to provide an overview of VIVA for instructional and promotional purposes. An electronic archive of institutional photographs is under development. This will enable you to modify this presentation to fit your needs and audience.

Tips for Using This Presentation

When you click on the above link to the PowerPoint presentation, you will be asked to either open or save the file. If you choose open, PowerPoint will launch and open either the slide view or the slide sorter view of the file. In order to view the file as a presentation, use the slideshow button at the bottom left of the screen, or choose View, then Slideshow, from the menu bar. To advance from slide to slide, click the mouse or hit enter on the keyboard. If you choose to save the file, you will be asked for a directory to save it to, and you can open it at a later time.

Brief speaker's notes to this presentation are also available. To view them, choose View from the menu bar, then Notes page. You can add text to the Notes pages if you choose. To print these pages, choose Print from File on the menu bar. Near the bottom of the print options screen, there is a field asking 'print what' which lets you indicate the Notes pages option. When you print the speaker's notes, an image of the accompanying slide will also be printed.
