The charge of the Technical
Issues ad hoc Committee on Content Linking and Management of E-Serials
and other Digital Resources is ( 1) to review electronic resource tracking
and linking technologies and services that will facilitate management
of VIVA content and make it easier for readers to identify and link
from one source to another, e.g., from abstract to article, from article
to other article cited, and (2) to develop learning experiences related
to these technologies and services, including a workshop and handouts
for the VIVA community.
